OLD SCHOOL BLACKBERRY COBBLER



Ingredients
3 cups of fresh blackberries1 cup granulated sugar4 oz butter1 tablespoons cinnamon1 tablespoons vanilla2 cups pineapple juice or apple juice (juice preserves the natural fruit flavor)2 tablespoons cornstarch

Directions
Combine all ingredients( except cornstarch)in a boiler and bring to a boilAdd cornstarch ( slurry)To pot and cook until thickenPour into baking dish with raw bottom pie doughAdd top crust and brush with melted butter and cinnamon sugarCook in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown
