Pecan Cake Bars Recipe

1 c all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 c unsalted butter, at room temperature
2 c packed light brown sugar
3 large eggs, at room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
3 c chopped pecans
1 c raisins, preferably golden
1 c finely chopped pitted dates

1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Coat the bottom and sides of a large (17-by-12-inch) baking sheet with cooking spray, then line with parchment paper.
