* Ingredients
☞ 1 3/4 flour
☞ 6 oz pck butter scotch chips
☞ 1 cup finely chopped pecans
☞ 3/4 cup butter + 1 large spoon .
☞ 1/2 cup powdered sugar
☞ 1/4 small spoon salt
* Rum glaze
☞ 1/2 cup chopped pecans
☞ 4 large spoon milk
☞ 3 cup powdered sugar
☞ 1 small spoon rum extract
* Preparation :
1 - Blend well cream butter with powdered sugar and salt until light . Combine in flour
2 - Add butter scotch chips and pecans. Combine just by your hand.Shape dough, a minus teaspoonful at a time, into balls. Put apart on ungreased cookie papper .
3 - Bake in 320 F oven for 21 min . Let cool on wire racks.Make rum glaze. Combine the powdered sugar/ rum extract/ and milk until soft.
3 - dip the cookies in the glaze and sprinkle with chopped pecans
