Apple pecan cake with caramel glaze


It takes 10 minutes to prepare ;so no more hesitation if you want to enjoy yourself!

* Ingredients :

* For the cake:
3 eggs
1 and 1/2 cups (375 ml) oil
2 cups (400 g) sugar
3 cups (360 g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup (150 g) coarsely chopped pecans
3 cups (about 4 large apples) apples, peeled, trimmed and diced
* Caramel sauce
1/2 cup (120 g) butter
1 cup (180 g) brown sugar
1/4 cup (60 mL) milk

* Directions :

* For the cake:
Mix all the ingredients together and place the preparation in a buttered 9 "x 13" (23 cm x 33 cm) pan
Bake in a preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 45 minutes

* For the caramel sauce:
Put the ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes 30 minutes

Prick the cake in several places with the tip of a knife and pour the caramel sauce over the cake
Serve lukewarm  It's much better!
