Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole


This casserole is a treat for the whole family, creamy cheesy with shredded chicken, and bacon. IT'S THE BEST WAY TO SATISFY YOUR HUNGER!!!!!
IT'S SUPER DELICIOUS, GIVE IT A TRY !!
INGREDIENTS:
- 250g chopped bacon.
- 500g boneless chicken breasts.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese.
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce.
- 1 packet dry Ranch dressing mix.
- 3 cups pasta.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 1 teaspoon black pepper.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- STEP 1 - Preheat oven to 375℉, and spray a baking dish by cooking spray.
- STEP 2 - In a large skillet, cook bacon about 5 to 6 minutes, when the bacon is brown and crispy, place it on paper towels.
- STEP 3 - In a medium bowl, add oil, chicken breasts, and ranch mix.
- STEP 4 -  Add chicken to skillet and cook until no longer pink.
- STEP 5 - Cook pasta, drain water, and place it to greased baking dish.
- STEP 6 - Add chicken, pour over the chicken alfredo sauce and sprinkle cooked bacon, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese, black pepper, and salt.
- STEP 7 - Cook about 15 to17 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Remove it from the oven and serve it immediately.
