Hamburger Steak with Creamy



Healthy and easy recipe
* Ingredients
☞ 700 g of ground beef
☞ 1 egg
☞ 1 bag of dehydrated onion soup
☞ 50 g grated Gruyere
☞ salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon espelette pepper
oil
☞ 4 large leeks (600g cut, washed, peeled)
☞ 2 cloves of garlic
☞ 20 g of butter
☞ 1 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil
☞ 6 sprigs of fresh thyme
☞ 20 cl of whipping cream
☞ 100 g of Gruyère
* How to make:
Prepare the steaks: In a salad bowl, mix the minced meat with the onion soup, grated Gruyère, chili, egg, salt and pepper until a homogeneous preparation is obtained.
Divide into 5 and form steaks.
Cook in a lightly oiled pan.
Leeks: Peel the leeks, cut them in four, lengthwise then roughly sliced.
Place them in a colander and rinse them thoroughly to remove soil and impurities.
Husk and finely chop two garlic cloves.
Heat a pan over medium heat with 2 knobs of butter and a dash of olive oil. Add the garlic. Take the leaves of 6 thyme sprigs. When the garlic just begins to color, add the leek and thyme. Mix well, pass over high heat, and cook for 10 minutes, while they cook and soften .
Remove the pan of the heat, stir with salt/pepper.
Add 20 cl of liquid cream and half of the grated Gruyère cheese. Mix the preparation well then pour it into an ovenproof dish of the suitable size to have, in the end, a thickness of vegetables of about 2.5 cm.
Cover with the rest of the cheese and bake for about 20 minutes at 210 ° C, until the surface of the dish is golden brown and appetizing. ENJOY !!
