MY GRANDMOTHER’S FRESH PEACH COBBLER


Today's recipe is one of the easiest grandma's recipes, she is really obsessed with it, she waits all the year for the summer when the peaches were ripe.
Give it a try!! It's really worth it!
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 cup all-purpose flour.
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
- 3/4 cup milk.
- 1/4 cup melted butter.
- 6 sliced peaches.
- 2 tsp baking powder.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step I _ Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. And grease an 8×8 pan with melted butter.
Step II _ In a large mixing bowl,  whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, milk, and baking powder.
Step III _ Pour the batter over melted butter. And cover with a layer of peach slices.
Step IV _ Sprinkle 3 tbsp sugar over top and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
Step V _ When the batter forms a nice brown crust, remove the pan, and let it cool on the wire rack.
This recipe is super easy! it would be great with a family gathering!!
