Amish White Bread



Amish white bread is a simple, tender sandwich loaf that quickly slices without crumbling.
Its smooth texture and sweet taste make it a hit with youngsters. Nice Freezes. This
the recipe is for Beginners, so we all need to try it. 
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 cups all-purpose flour.
- 2 cups of warm water.
- 2/3 cup white sugar.
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil.
- 3 teaspoon yeast.
- 1 teaspoon and half of the salt.
INSTRUCTIONS:
_ STEP I _ In a medium bowl, dissolve sugar in the warm water
 Add in yeast and allow to dissolve for  6 minutes.
_ STEP II _ Then, add oil, then half of the flour ( 3 cups), and salt, and mix together.
_ STEP III _ When it combine, add the remaining flour. Shift to the dough hook and mix before sides are taken down.
_ STEP IV _Take onto a gently floured surface and knead fast.
_ STEP V _  Place flipping in a grated bowl to cover both sides. Top with saran wrap or wet, humid towel.
_ STEP VI _ Set aside in free space draft and let it expand till doubles in size. This was around 1 hour
_ STEP VI _ Drop the cover and punch it open.
Spread out and cut in half on a finely floured board.
_ STEP VII _ Flatten out into a rectangle and form into a loaf of "jelly."
_ STEP VIII _ Pinch ends and rests in a greased bread pans. Repeat this step with the other half. 
_ STEP IX_ Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes till double in size.
_ STEP X_ Preheat oven to 350℉.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes once it's double in size.
_ STEP XI_Rub the top with butter and slide back.
Let rest on the rack for 10 minutes before removing to cool.
