Millionaire Fudge

Wow....too easy!! I made it for the first time and turned out soooo good even my stepdad who has eaten old fashioned homemade fudge loves it. What a crowd pleaser!!

- 3 (12 oz bags) of chocolate chips, semi-sweet
- 2 (7 oz.) jars of marshmallow creme
- 4 to 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) can of milk, evaporated
- 1 to 1/2 cups pecans, chopped (if desired)

1. Once the fudge is spooned out of the pan, lay a long row of waxed paper on the counter.
2. Add in a mixing bowl of an electric stand mixer using the paddle attachment the semi-sweet chocolate chips and marshmallow whip; set aside. You can add your ingredients to a large mixing bowl as I do.
3. Add together sugar with milk in a heavy large saucepan; bring to boil. Boil for 6 minutes, stirring every 1 minute.
4. Take off heat and pour mixture over the semi-sweet chips and marshmallow whip then beat on medium speed until mixture is creamy and smooth. I usually mix mine by my hand, and please don't over beat. Add pecans and fold in.
5. Let the mixture to cool so as to set up. Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop fudge and lay on prepared waxed paper or you can use two tablespoons then scoop with one and push the fudge out with the other one until all the fudge has been scooped out of the pan.
6. Make sure to cool completely before moving them to a container.

Cook’s Note: If I am making it by myself, you can pour the fudge out in a butter sheet pan once you are not able to scoop all the fudge before it hardens.
