New York cheesecake strawberry topping 📷

Here's a New York cheesecake that's so delicious and creamy, you won't stop at just one bite. So do not come and blame me, greedy soul refrain.

* Ingredients:

* For the base:
° 180 gr of speculoos cookies
° 70 gr of melted butter
For the creamy cheese appliance:
° 600 gr of phéladelphia cheese
° 5 eggs
° 150 gr sugar
° zest of a lemon
° juice of half a lemon
° 200 gr of sour cream
° 2 tbsp. cornstarch
for the strawberry coulis:
° 100 gr of frozen strawberries
° 2 tbsp. tablespoon of sugar
° 1 C. tablespoon of water

* Instructions :

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Line a mold with a high edge, 22 cm in diameter and a removable bottom, with baking parchment.
Mix the speculoos, then mix them with the melted butter until you get a paste. Line the bottom of the mold with the dough, pressing down well to obtain an even thickness.
Place to bake in the oven for 10 minutes and let cool.
Stir in the Philadelphia cheese to loosen it. Add the sugar and lemon zest
Add with the cornstarch, liquid cream and lemon juice.
Join eggs and beat all together. Cast preparation on  dough.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C then 60 minutes at 120 ° C in a water bath
After baking, pass the blade of the knife to separate the cheese cake from the sides of the mold and let cool in the oven
Place the frozen strawberries, sugar and water in the bowl, cover and place in the microwave for 4 minutes.
