Oven Baked Tacos

Topped with seasoned ground beef, sautéed beans and all the classic toppings, these ready-to-serve tacos are a meal everyone will love.

* Ingredients:

° 1 package of all-flat taco shells
° 1 lb ground beef
° 1 medium onion, chopped
° 1 package Old El PasoTM Taco Seasoning Mix
° 60 ml (1/3 cup) water
° 1 can of 398 ml beans
° 1 1/4 cups grated cheddar cheese
° Chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sliced ​​jalapeño peppers, chopped red onion, lime wedges, cilantro leaves, salsa, guacamole and sour cream, if desired

* Steps :

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Spray bottom of 33 x 23 cm (13 9 in.) (3 quart) baking dish with cooking spray. Place the upright taco shells next to each other on a plate. Reserve.
In a 25-cm (10-inch) non-stick skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat, 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is cooked through; to drain. Stir in taco seasoning mixture and water; bring to a boil. Put the fire down; simmer, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens. Remove from fire.
To assemble, spread about 2 tablespoons of sautéed beans in the bottom of each shell. Top each shell with 60 ml (1/4 heaping cup) of beef mixture and 30 ml (2 tbsp) of grated cheese. Baking  8 min . Decorate with the rest ingredients, if desired.
Make these tacos a complete meal by serving them with your favorite rice, such as cilantro-lime rice. Simply cook the rice however you like, stirring in fresh cilantro leaves and the juice of a freshly squeezed lime, plus a pinch of salt. Delicious!
