Not exactly sure how this recipe got its name, but it's a tasty cake everybody's going to like IT! The soft flavors of coconut in the cake and coconut flakes in the icing make it light and tasty!
INGREDIENTS: FOR THE CAKE:
I used: - A Can Of condensed milk.
- A Can Of evaporated milk.
- 2 C. And Half Of the all-purpose flour.
- 1 C.Of coconut milk.
- 1/2 C.Of sugar.
- 3 large eggs.
- 3 TBSP.Of margarine.
AND FOR MAKING THE ICING, I USED:
- 1 C.Of “shredded“ coconut.
– 1 C.Of coconut milk.
- 2 TBSP.Of white sugar.
HOW TO MAKE THE CAKE:
STEP-1-Blend all the cake ingredients in a mixer.
STEP-2-Place in a Bundt pan that is well greased and floured.
STEP-3-Depending on the oven, bake the cake until golden brown, for around 30 to 40 minutes.
STEP-4-To check your cake, insert a toothpick, and remove it from the oven if it comes out clean.
HOW TO MAKE THE ICING:
STEP-5-In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk with the white sugar and shredded coconut, stirring from time to time.
STEP-6-Bring it to a boil, let it cool for a moment, then spill it over the warm cake.
NOTE: When it is DONE, the icing mixture will look like condensed milk.
