Cheesecake is considered one of the
desserts of American origin, and the recipes for making cheesecake may differ
according to each region, but the American method remains the most common and
it is one of the easy-to-prepare recipes and there are many additions that are
added to the cheesecake, including snickers cheesecake, chocolate cheesecake or
cheesecake Strawberry, mango cheesecake or plum cheesecake, and today we will
present a new recipe for making cheesecake, which is making delicious and
useful carrot cheesecake.
* Ingredients:
° Cheese: 8 pieces (any type square)
° Whipping cream: half a cup
° Caramel: a teaspoon
° Powdered sugar: a quarter cup
° Milk: 2 tablespoons (powder)
° Flour: 3 cups (white / sifted)
° Sugar: 2 cups
° Carrots: two cups (grated)
° Salt: a teaspoon
° Cinnamon: a teaspoon
° Eggs: 3 pieces
° Vegetable oil: 1 cup
° Vanilla: a small spoon
° Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
* How to prepare:
Pour the oil into a preparation bowl, and
add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, vanilla
and sugar, and leave for 4 minutes, then mix with flour and stir well.
Add the grated carrots and stir well until
the desired consistency.
Pour the mixture into a tray and put it in
the oven for a period of 30 - 45 minutes at a suitable temperature of 170
degrees Celsius, to allow the cake to cook.
To prepare the cheese layer
Whisk the cheese well in a bowl, and in a
small dish whisk the cream, add the sugar and milk to the cheese and stir them,
then add the cream and caramel and stir well until they are combined. Leave the
mixture in the fridge until the cake cools.
Add the cheese mixture to the cake from all
sides and decorate it with caramel.
