SEAFOOD MAC AND CHEESE

 




With two kinds of cheese and tons of your preferred seafood, such as lobster or shrimp, this Seafood Mac and Cheese is super cheesy, all cooked to golden brown perfection. 


This recipe calls for Panko breadcrumbs topping up the dish. I've done it with and without both, and I choose to do it with them. If you don't have them on hand though, don't stress, as it's delicious either way! 


In place of the Panko, you may also use fresh breadcrumbs; all are really nice. Often I only send the top of the breadcrumbs a little sprinkle, but do whatever you find you want best. 


Usually, seafood mac and cheese is only perfect on its own. 


LIST OF INGREDIENTS:


» 230 gram-Of fresh shrimp, Peel the shrimp and devein if needed. 


» 230 gram-Of White Cheddar Cheese.


» 230 gram-Of Sour Cream.


» 200 gram-Of Claw Crab Meat.


» 150 gram-Of Mozzarella.


» 4 Large spoons.Of soft Butter.


» 2 Cups Of dry Macaroni.


» A medium Green Onion.


» A medium can-Of Evaporated Milk.


» 1/4 Cup.Of panko BreadCrumbs.


» 2 Large spoons.Of all-purpose Flour.


» 2 small spoons.Of salt.


» 1 small spoon.Of Black Pepper.



PREPARATION: 


» FIRST STEP - Cook the macaroni as directed on the box. Simply drain efficiently. 

Remove the drained pasta in a large mixing dish. 


» SECOND STEP - Add in the sour cream and combine until you have created a well-distributed coating of the noodles. Attach the crab meat and mix properly. Sliced the green onion thinly. As well as, set aside, and grate the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. 


» THIRD STEP - Melt the butter in a medium saucepan. 

Add the peeled shrimp and mix until fully integrated. Take the shrimp out of the pan and chop them gently. And add the macaroni to the mixture. Then add in the minced onions and saut√© until soft. 

Sprinkle the flour over the onion and blend properly, and cook for no longer than one minute. 


» FOURTH STEP - Mix the milk into the flour mixture until the mixture starts to thicken. 

Add some grated cheese and swirl while it starts to melt. Stir the cheese and fish in a sauce. Stir to blend properly, and season with salt and pepper to taste. 


» FIFTH STEP - In a well-buttered baking bowl, put the mixture in.  and sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese on the top.     

And on top of the cheese, sprinkle the bread crumbs. 

And lightly add sprinkles Of paprika to add flavor. 


» SIXTH STEP - Bake for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees, until the surface is browned slightly.

You acquire a taste for crab meat, seafood, and macaroni mixed with gooey cheese.
